Residence "Het Dijverhof" is an ambitious real estate project integrating a modern building into the historical centre of Bruges.
Originally this building was a school. The side wing of the old building was demolished to create a more space and light feeling. Within the existing construction new volumes were created to optimise living standards to a maximum level. While the backside of the building is showing a modern design the front wall was renovated completely in his historical design.
